Limited lifetime warranty

Every Trexof™ product is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, to the original purchaser, for the practical lifetime of the product.

What's covered

• Seams, stitching and material defects
• Failed hardware (zippers, buckles, clips) due to manufacturing defects
• Structural failures that occur under normal use

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse, accidents or improper care
• Products purchased through unauthorized resellers
• Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect function

How to file a claim

Email support@trexof.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the defect. We usually resolve claims within a few business days.

Resolution

Depending on the situation, we'll repair, replace, or credit your gear. Our goal is simple: you should never feel stuck with a product that failed you.
