Return & Refund Policy

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return on unused gear in original packaging and condition.

How to start a return

• Email support@trexof.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We'll send you a prepaid return label if the item qualifies.
• Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation.

Exchanges

Need a different size or configuration? Let us know and we'll set up an exchange at no extra shipping cost.

Non-returnable items

• Used or field-worn gear
• Consumables (water filters, fire starters, food supplies) once opened
• Gift cards

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it at no cost to you.
